We wanted to keep the original hardwood, but we were not happy with the way they looked - I wish I had a before pic. Now, however, the floors look brand spanking new! Flooring restoration refinished approximately 2500 ft in a house that I just bought that was over 100 years old. I was not sure because of the stains what it would look like when it was done but Eugene assured me it would look great. He was on time he got the job done earlier than expected and it turned out a hundred times above my expectations. Eugene is a very nice businessman that is worth his word and his craftsmanship is something you don't see in this day and age. Most companies want to grab your money come and do it as fast as possible and leave and they don't care what it looks like. Eugene works extremely hard and make sure when he is done that the place is clean and we are satisfied. I give him a 10++++AAAAA. You will be doing my daughter's house and the near future. Eugene did a fantastic job replacing old parquet flooring in our entry way and bathroom. He was able to get started the day after I got all the materials in. The whole process from scheduling a measurement to the job itself was easy and quick. The job required some repair as well as replacing our current flooring. We had some water damage from a previous issue with our old porch and front door that wound up rotting some subfloor in our entry way. While he was fixing this he saw that the floor did not have enough joist support in the immediate area of the door so he fixed this as well. Now it’s even better than new. I couldn't be happier with the job that he did. He is very nice, polite, and has a work ethic that is rare to find these days. You can tell he really takes pride in his work and he's not going to cut corners or speed through a job no matter the size. I just had my 1920's floors refinished by Eugene and he did a wonderful job. I appreciated him agreeing with me to save the original floors instead of replacement. There were a few fill in spots needed which came out seamlessly. The job was completed while I was on vacation and he finished on time and got my furniture moved back, which was beyond helpful. **We didn’t end up needing to use Eugene but still wanted to leave a review based on our experience with him** We built new construction and our builder did a terrible job staining the oak treads on our stairs to match our flooring selection. In a panic, I reached out to Eugene a few days before our close date to get a professional opinion on the job they had done and a quote to do the job properly. Eugene was able to meet me the very next morning at the house and turn around an estimate within 24 hours. He was very professional, timely, and even offered up some solutions to the project manager to try to improve the job they had done. He followed up with me post-close to see if they were able to restain for a better match and was very happy for us when I told him that they were able to. Ultimately we didn’t need to use Eugene since our builder resolved the issue but he seems like a stand up guy and will definitely use him if a need were to ever arise in the future! Just purchased a house with wood floors that were oddly glossy. There were spots all around the oven,. A lot of spots! I tried everything I could think of and everything Google and You Tube had to offer. There were also scratches that may have been from a dog. I got a recommendation on Nextdoor to try Flooring Restoration. It’s a family business that takes pride in their work, customer service and customer satisfaction. I didn’t know what to expect. Eugene told me my floors didn’t need refinishing,, instead buffing ( which I think was more like light sanding) and a sealer. The process saved me thousands. !!
